OUR FESTIVAL
Every year we run a free, family-friendly festival on the first Sunday of July.
Run by Friends volunteers on behalf of everyone in the community, The Blythe Hill Fields Festival is a showcase of local talent, featuring live bands, singers, dance acts, businesses, restaurants, community groups, stallholders, artists and makers..
Staffed and run entirely by volunteers for the benefit of the community, the Festival has two music stages, nearly a hundred food and craft stalls, a community space, and a range of pop up acts. It involves around 90 volunteers in a fabulous display of community spirit and a great day out.
We keep the Festival free by raising funds through sponsorships, stalls and our ever popular raffle. All extra funds are used to support park projects.
Want to take part?
Whether you’re keen to work with the core team with organising the festival, or just want to get involved in the day, we’re always delighted to hear from new volunteers. Drop as an email on festival@blythehillfields.org.uk.
If you’re interested in showcasing your act, becoming a sponsor or setting up a stall, we start to take applications in late Spring.
2026 was another brilliant year
Thanks to all the local talent, businesses, organisations and wonderful volunteers who took part.
